Sound familiar?

The everyday problems of a busy tailoring shop

Measurements in old registers

Pages get lost, handwriting is hard to read and nobody can find last year's numbers when a regular customer walks in.

"Is my suit ready?" calls

Staff stop work to check the workshop and call back — again and again, especially before festivals and weddings.

Delivery dates promised blindly

Orders are accepted without knowing how much work is already in the workshop, and someone ends up disappointed.

Cloth that is "there" but not free

A roll on the shelf may already be promised to a suit that has not been cut yet. Selling it causes trouble later.

How an order flows

One order, five steps, nothing written twice

From the first measurement to the final bill, every step updates the same order — the counter, the workshop and the customer all see the same thing.

STEP 1

Measure

Saved measurements per person, or new ones on the order form.

STEP 2

Book

Shop cloth reserved by the metre, style by picture, advance taken.

STEP 3

Make

QR job cards move through the 8 stages on the workshop board.

STEP 4

Trial

Customer told on WhatsApp with the tracking link; alterations logged.

STEP 5

Deliver

One GST bill for cloth + stitching, balance by UPI.

Features

Everything in the app today

No "coming soon" here — each of these is in the live demo. Open it and try.

Digital measurement book

Gents and ladies garments, several people per customer (Self, Son, Father…), posture notes and a history that shows what changed since the last order.

8-stage workshop board

Received, Cutting, Stitching, Trial, Alteration, Finishing, Quality check, Ready. Drag a card to move it; late jobs turn red.

QR job cards

A5 card per garment with measurements, style sketches and cloth. The karigar scans the QR with a phone and taps the next stage.

Style by picture

Collar, cuff, pocket, lapel, buttons, vent, trouser front and bottom, neckline, blouse back — chosen from sketches and printed on the job card.

Workshop capacity planner

Work due each day against your karigars' hours. New orders get a live check of the delivery date and the earliest safe date.

Cloth by the metre

Suiting and shirting rolls with on-shelf, reserved and free metres, cloth purchase bills, physical counts, roll labels and cut-pieces.

Fabric calculator

Metres needed per garment for your cloth width and the customer's chest, from consumption norms you set yourself.

Cloth + stitching on one GST bill

Cloth at its HSN, stitching as a service, advances adjusted at delivery. Readymade stock with sizes, barcodes and offers too.

Group & uniform orders

A wedding party or staff uniforms as one order — paste people from Excel, one job card per person and garment, size summary.

Customer tracking link

Each order gets a private link with the stage of every garment, trial and delivery dates, the balance and a Pay-by-UPI button.

Karigar piece-rate payroll

Earnings credited when a job is ready, personal rates, advances with weekly recovery, weekly payouts and payslips.

English, हिन्दी, বাংলা

Each user picks a language for menus, the workshop board, the QR scan screen and job cards. Customers can switch on the tracking page.

FAQ

Questions shop owners ask

Who is TailorPro 360 for?

Gents and ladies tailoring shops, suiting & shirting cloth shops that also stitch, and readymade garment shops that do alterations — one shop or several branches.

Can I try it before talking to anyone?

Yes. Press "Live demo" and you are inside a sample shop in one click — no signup. The "Product tour" walks through every main screen with real screenshots.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Karigars use the QR scan screen on their own phone; customers open the tracking link without installing anything.

How does cloth by the metre work?

Each roll has its own code, barcode, width and price per metre. You see metres on the shelf, metres reserved for orders not yet cut, and metres free to sell. Cloth is reserved at booking and leaves the shelf when cutting starts.

How do customers pay the balance?

You enter your own UPI ID in Settings. The bill, the order slip and the tracking page show a UPI QR for the exact amount, so the money goes straight to your account. You confirm the payment in your bank or UPI app.

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

No. All messages work with free click-to-chat from your own WhatsApp. If you already use a WhatsApp API provider, it can be connected to send updates automatically.

Can karigars use it without seeing my sales?

Yes. The Tailoring Master role sees orders, the workshop board, measurements and the rate card — not sales totals, accounts or reports.

How do we get started?

Message us on WhatsApp. We set up your shop — GSTIN, UPI ID, stitching rates, karigars, cloth and staff logins — and show your team how to use it.

Want TailorPro 360 for your shop?
