How a New School Gets Started

Everything a school needs - admissions to report cards - in one place. This is a quick tour of how a brand-new school actually gets going here, step by step.

Step 1 of 10

Create Your Account

Click "Get Started Free", enter your school's name and your own details.
You're signed in immediately as your School Admin - no waiting, no approval needed.
Your account already comes with a ready-made Academic Session, the full Nursery-to-Class-12 class ladder, standard subjects, a grading scale, and leave types - pre-loaded, so you're not starting from a blank page.

Step 2 of 10

Review Your Classes, Sections & Subjects

Academic Sessions - confirm the session dates are right for your school.
Class & Section Setup - remove any classes you don't teach, add more sections (B, C...) as your numbers need.
Subjects - trim or add subjects; for Class 11/12 add your school's own stream subjects (Science/Commerce/Arts) once you've decided them.
Grading Scale - the default CBSE 9-point scale is ready to use, or build your own.

Set Up Your School Profile

School Profile - logo, address, affiliation board, and contact details.
These details appear automatically on every printed document the system generates - report cards, ID cards, receipts, admit cards.

Onboard Your Staff

Staff Directory - add teachers and non-teaching staff with their employment details.
Teacher Assignments - assign each teacher to their classes & subjects - this controls exactly what they can see and mark.
Users - every staff member gets their own login; fine-tune what each role can do under Roles & Permissions.

Admit Your Students

Admissions - log enquiries and admit applicants to create real Student records.
Already have records elsewhere? Bulk-import from Excel/CSV, or scan a paper register with your phone camera and let it read the fields for you.
Parents & Guardians - link a parent login to each student for their own portal access.

Run Your Daily Operations

Attendance Management - mark daily attendance per class/section in a few taps.
Timetable - build the weekly schedule once; every teacher and student then sees their own view automatically.

Collect Fees

Fee Categories & Fee Structures - set up what you charge, once per class.
Invoices - generate in bulk for a whole class or session.
Fee Collection / Payments - record cash, UPI or bank-transfer payments and print receipts.
Pending Fees - every outstanding balance at a glance; overdue accounts are flagged automatically.

Exams & Marks - enter marks per subject.
Report Cards, Class Results, Admit Cards - print-ready documents, generated automatically from the marks you've entered.

Every Role Sees Their Own World

Teachers mark attendance, set homework, enter marks and plan lessons - only for their own assigned classes.
Parents log in to see their child's attendance, fees, homework and results - nothing else.
Students get their own portal - timetable, results, homework.

Click "Get Started Free" on the homepage, enter your school's name and your own details, and you're signed straight into your own empty account - ready to set up your first academic session and classes.

No. It runs entirely in your web browser on a computer or phone - nothing to download or install.

"Try Demo" on the homepage opens a read-only live demo with sample data - no signup or password needed, and nothing you do there is saved.

Pricing & Billing

Every school can sign up and set up its account for free. Continued use is ₹100/month per school. Billing is currently handled manually (bank transfer/UPI, confirmed and recorded by us directly) rather than an automatic card charge.

Yes - contact us and we'll deactivate your account. There's no lock-in contract.

Your Data & Security

Yes. Every school's records - students, staff, fees, everything - are kept strictly separate at the database level. No other school's admin, teacher, or account can see or reach your data.

Many lists and reports can be downloaded as CSV/Excel directly from the system. For a complete export, contact us and we'll help.

Passwords are one-way encrypted (never stored or visible in plain text, including to us), logins are rate-limited against repeated guessing, and every session is protected against common web attacks.

Features

Yes. You can bulk-import students directly from a CSV or Excel file, or take a photo of an old paper register on the Add Student form and it will try to read and fill the fields for you automatically (currently rolling out to more modules beyond Students).

Yes - invoices, part-payments, and receipts, with cash/UPI/bank-transfer entries recorded manually today. Overdue fees are automatically flagged.

Admissions, student records, attendance, exams & marks, homework, study material, timetable, notices & calendar, HR & payroll, library, transport, hostel, and inventory - with reports across all of it.

It automatically flags at-risk students (falling attendance/marks) and overdue fee accounts from your school's real data - no AI needed for that part. An optional AI-written plain-English summary on top only appears once an administrator configures an AI provider; without one, the real flagged data still shows, just without the summary paragraph.

Yes - role-based logins for School Admin, Principal, Teachers, Accountants, HR, Parents, and Students, each seeing only what's relevant to them. A School Admin can also fine-tune exactly what each role is allowed to see or do.

Yes - the layout adapts to smaller screens with simplified menus and touch-friendly controls for the most common day-to-day tasks like marking attendance and collecting fees.
