Getting Started with Flow

What Flow and Veo are, and how to get access

सीखने के उद्देश्य
  • Explain Flow and Google’s Veo video models
  • Know how to get access in India and how credits work
  • Understand watermarks and limits

Flow + Veo

Veo is Google’s family of AI video models. Newer Veo versions create video with sound — ambient noise, effects and even dialogue. Flow (labs.google/flow) is Google’s AI filmmaking tool built around Veo, Google’s image models and Gemini. It helps you create clips, keep characters consistent and arrange shots into scenes.

Access

WayNotes
Google AI Pro / Ultra subscriptionIncludes Flow with monthly AI credits; Ultra gives more and the highest-quality models
Gemini appShort Veo videos for paid plans
DevelopersVeo through the Gemini API / Vertex AI with pay-per-use

Availability and offers in India change (including student offers). Check the Google AI plans page.

Credits and limits

Each clip uses credits; higher-quality models cost more. Clips are short (several seconds), so you build longer videos by joining shots.

Watermarks

Veo videos carry Google’s invisible SynthID watermark and often a visible watermark on some plans. Don’t try to remove them.

प्रैक्टिकल डेमो

Open labs.google/flow (or Flow TV, Google’s gallery of Flow clips) and watch 5 examples. For each, note the shot type (close-up, wide, aerial) and how the camera moves.

प्रैक्टिस टास्क

Check your access options and write a plan: which plan you would use, monthly credits, and how many clips that allows.
