Adobe’s AI family
Adobe Firefly is Adobe’s family of generative AI tools. You find it in the Firefly app (web and mobile) and built into Photoshop, Adobe Express, Illustrator and Premiere. It creates images, edits photos, and has growing video and audio tools.
Generative credits
Firefly actions use generative credits. Each plan gives a monthly number of credits; heavier actions (like video or premium partner models) use more.

Why businesses like Firefly
Adobe says its own Firefly models are trained on licensed content (such as Adobe Stock) and public-domain material, and designed to be commercially safe. Firefly also adds Content Credentials — information showing AI was used. The Firefly app also offers some partner models from other companies; those can have different terms, so check before commercial use.
